General Purpose

General purpose is to support the general office needs of SKC’s Southwest Regional office.  This individual will keep the office environment running smoothly on a daily basis.  This individual will handle administrative duties, event coordination, and general office logistics.  Ability to multi-task is critical.


Major Responsibilities & Duties

  • Open and close the physical office space on a daily basis
  • Meet and greet all clients, vendors, partners, and co-workers with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Handle event coordination, including office functions, and be the host for meals or refreshments when necessary
  • Maintain conference rooms to a high standard, keeping them presentable for guests at all times
  • Manage and operate demo rooms, including set up and operation of the technology SKC sells
  • Collaborate with office manager at SKC headquarters for the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate office maintenance & repair
  • Assist with deliveries, including unloading freight
  • Facilitate inbound and outbound mail and mail supplies
  • Make outbound customer service calls to existing clients to ensure all needs are met
  • Make prospecting outbound calls—identifying contacts and other pertinent information for video, integration, headsets and voice within each organization
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Provide any other support to ensure SKC operates up to standards on a daily basis

QUALIFICATIONS

Education
College degree preferred

Experience
1-3 years office administration
Microsoft Office experience required with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
