Systems not covered by Complete Care are covered with the standard manufacturer's warranty, which typically involves a 4-6 week turn-around time with no advanced replacement of the defective system, and no ongoing software updates/upgrades.
Coverage is required to receive software updates and upgrades from the manufacturers.
