SITUATION
Marston Hall has served as the home of the world-class College of Engineering at Iowa State University for more than a century. The building has long symbolized the distinguished reputation of one the most impactful engineering colleges in the country. SKC worked with ISU to meet their goal of honoring the building’s past while serving the college’s future: its students, who needed to be equipped to tackle the challenges of the 21st century.

SOLUTION
Communications worked with ISU to introduce active learning on campus using the latest in AV technology. The solution was to create active learning classrooms, an auditorium, an event space, VTC conference rooms, standard conference rooms, and the Dean’s office all using these technologies.

RESULTS
SKC Communications created state of the art teaching environments that enable students to learn more effectively at one of the nation’s premier engineering schools.
