SKC’s Proactive solution offers a multiple management platform to monitor Crestron, AMX, Polycom and Cisco equipment with one easy tool. Let our team of experts monitor the status of room equipment, verify input connectivity and associated resolutions, as well as track projector bulb hours. Members of this service offering receive 24×7 proactive monitoring in addition to our Elite service level offerings. Our staff of engineering experts will determine if your room is eligible for this additional proactive level of support.

SKC’s Elite service provides “set it and forget it” support on those rooms designed and installed by SKC.  Let our team of experts work with your team and end-users as we work to provide and maintain stability for your AV environment.  With Level 1 thru Level 3 certified technicians in place, SKC will triage all issues and escalate as necessary to ensure prompt issue resolution.  With the addition of SKC’s “Live Help” button programmed on your room’s touch panel, your end users will have immediate and direct access to SKC’s Help Desk through a dedicated 800 number. When the user contacts SKC through “Live Help”, a unique room ID links SKC support staff to all room documentation leading to prompt issue resolutions.

A/V Phone Support

Let our SKC team of experts provide remote help to ensure seamless support of your AV systems.  You will receive unlimited phone support from one of our Certified Audio Visual Technicians for prompt troubleshooting of your issue through resolution. SKC will assist with supported manufacturer RMA’s and equipment repair or replacement.  Onsite services are available at current Time & Material rates.
