Step 3: Full Solution Deployment

SKC provides full solution deployment services based upon the Solution Design and Project Plan developed during the discovery process. SKC will provide full support for the program including design, planning, deployment and support for a trial period after launch.

At the center of SKC UC Professional Services is an SKC Project Manager who serves as your single point of contact and is responsible for ensuring success throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with your team, your SKC Project Manager directs the efforts of the entire project team with a documented plan that focuses on all aspects of planning, development, delivery, testing and orientation. UC Implementation, Integration and User Adoption Services from SKC help organizations design, install, configure, test and deploy core UC capabilities encompassing Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2, and Lync to deliver presence, IM, conferencing capabilities, and unified messaging. Services include:

• Installation, configuration, development and testing of UC functionality
  
• Development and implementation of an end-user adoption and production support plan
  
• Integration between your existing Microsoft environment and Polycom videoconferencing solution
  
• Comprehensive orientation on operation and management of the integrated solution
  

Customers are responsible for providing a functional Microsoft infrastructure, licensing and security certificates.
