SKC ELITECare adds an additional layer of support to your SKC provided and installed A/V solution. ELITECare offers comprehensive coverage including the following benefits:

  • Unlimited access to A/V phone support
  • Equipment repair or replacement coverage
  • Priority technician dispatch
  • Annual preventive maintenance for duration of contract
  • Remote testing of equipment with network access
  • Temporary equipment to maintain maximum functionality

A/V Help Desk
SKC’s A/V Help Desk offers unlimited access to one of our Certified Audio/Visual Technicians (CAVT).  SKC maintains a staff of A/V experts in our Kansas City headquarters.  As a member of A/V Help Desk, you will have access to:

  • Unlimited phone support from industry experts
  • Priority answer with an average speed to answer of 11 seconds
  • Work through to resolution on any A/V Issues
  • RMA assistance for any equipment failures
  • Equipment coverage subject to manufacturer warranties
  • Onsite services available on a Time & Materials basis at discounted labor rates
