Account Executive - Avaya Telephony Solutions
Location: Milwaukee, WI


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Responsible for generating new business.
  • Responsible for maintaining and building relationships with customers.
  • Promote new product lines and services to customer base.
  • Communicate with supervisor regarding activity in your territory.
  • Share ideas with co-workers on ways to increase service and sales.
  • Turn in administrative paperwork on a timely basis.
  • Become technically proficient with all of SKC’s products and be dedicated to excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed individual goals on a monthly basis.
  • Provide technical support to customer’s presales and post sales applications.
  • Lead generation and follow up.
  • Provide any other support to ensure SKC operates up to standards on a daily basis.

Travel

Outside sales position will require travel.  

QUALIFICATIONS

Education
College degree preferred.
 
Experience
  • Candidates should have a proven track record selling complex telephony solutions to enterprise, SMB, and government/education accounts.
  • Avaya solutions sales experience is preferred.
  • Position is based in the Milwaukee area, although sales territory could cover a multi-state area.
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills are required.
  Preferred Qualifications

  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
