Wireless Headset Tuning
Is your Plantronics wireless headset adjusted properly for optimum listening and speaking volumes? Plantronics has developed a Wireless Headset Tuning Wizard to help users “tune” their headset for optimum performance.  Just call 866-210-2157 toll free (while using your Plantronics wireless headset) and follow the online prompts.  The system will take you through all the settings on the base unit and you will be able to interactively adjust the listening and speaking volumes so that your headset sounds perfect!   You have the ability to skip sections if you don’t have a problem in that area, and you can press 0 to be transferred to a Support Technician at any time.
