What to Expect

1. Project Design Objectives

  • Engineer a custom room solution to enhance every presentation, meeting and conference you hold.
  • Understand your objectives, room usage, presentation/audio needs, and your budget and timelines
  • SKC will develop a detailed scope of project, outlining project objectives and equipment recommendations
  • SKC will develop detailed engineering diagrams, and work with your architects, contractors, network carriers, etc. throughout the project
  • We'll design a touch panel control system specifically for your room (when applicable)

2. Installation & Training
  • Your SKC Project Manager will provide a central point of contact as we order and stage equipment, schedule installation and work with any of your other vendors (architects, contractors, etc.)
  • Equipment is staged & tested at SKC, then shipped to the installation site
  • Your SKC Installation Team completes all installation, integration & testing on-site
  • The completed system is fully tested and certified
  • Room/System Administrator training is provided; User training is available for day-to-day users
  • Documentation including user manuals and as-built diagrams are prepared upon completion of the project

3. Service & Support
  • We're known industry-wide for providing the highest levels of service and support to every customer
  • SKC Custom Care programs provide extended warranty and repair service
  • Post-installation support is provided by SKC's award winning team of engineers & technicians
  • Unlimited phone support is included with all room integrations
  • Software archival & upgrading services are included
