SKC understands that questions will arise from time to time. There is no charge for SKC technical support over phone or video, and support is available 7:30 am - 6:00pm central time. After hours and on-site support arrangements are available.

24/7 Testing Facilities
Our customers have access to SKC's IP and ISDN testing facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use these facilities to test & troubleshoot connections, rehearse presentations, and demonstrate system features to new users. SKC engineers and technicians are available during regular business hours to assist when needed.

Custom Care Maintenance
SKC Custom Care service programs are designed specifically for our Custom Room Integration clients to provide maintenance and repair coverage for all equipment and accessories. Rooms not covered by Custom Care default to Time & Materials Coverage.
Administrator & User Training
Upon completion of the installation of your room, we provide free on-site system administrator training on the use, maintenance and troubleshooting of your custom room. This training is a more in-depth, technical training than day-to-day users will typically need. If user training is desired, separate sessions will be arranged. Additional remote training is available free of charge over phone or video. If additional on-site training sessions are desired, please contact your Account Executive.
User Documentation
You will receive complete user documentation for your custom room, including all manufacturers' user guides and completed as-built engineering diagrams. Electronic versions of many of these materials are available upon request.
Move/Add/Change (MAC) Requests
From time to time, you will want to make a modification to your room. Our Move/Add/Change request is an easy process. Simply let your Account Executive know what you'd like to change, and we'll get the request started. |
