Shipping Options & Charges
SKC processes all orders and ships all orders within 1 business day, and every order is double checked for accuracy before it leaves our warehouse. Our central Kansas City location means your deliveries will arrive quickly, coast to coast!
Online order shipping charges within the domestic United States are based on the dollar total of your order as follows:

We will notify you of shipping charges if they are out of the ordinary due to weight (i.e. carts, monitors, or extremely large quantities) or International shipments. Ground shipping is not available for orders to Alaska or Hawaii.
Sales Tax
Due to SKC's national presence, we are required to collect tax in all states that have a sales tax. Our web site may have to estimate your tax amount. We will confirm the tax rate for your zip code, and will notify you of any changes prior to shipping your order.
Tax Exempt Orders
If you are tax exempt, fax a copy of your Exemption Certificate to (800) 454-4752 Attn: Accounts Receivable.
What shipping options are available?
SKC offers ground, 2-day air, and next day air delivery. Bulk orders, including video display monitors and carts, will ship via ground freight transport. We use DHL, UPS and Conway for our customers' orders. These carriers make daily business day pick-ups from our on-site warehouse, making sure your order is on its way as quickly as possible. We can bill to your shipper number, if desired.
Is US Postal Service delivery available?
We have excellent tracking services available through our freight providers. Unfortunately, USPS does not have comparable shipment tracking services, and we do not offer USPS delivery.
