Title: eCommerce Content Specialist

Reports to: Scott Sportsman

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Create product listings, product descriptions, product contents on ecommerce marketplaces for Amazon Business and more

2. Create and maintain ecommerce catalogs for Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer

3. Create product and bundle images for master catalogs

4. Create unique content for customer based buying requests

5. Assist users with troubleshooting and product content updates

6. Support other departments within the company with various project

7. Order Entry/Processing of EDI orders

8. Maintain and build EDI partnership with applicable vendors

9. Provide any other support to ensure SKC operates up to standards on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Ecommerce: 3 years (Preferred)
  • HTML: 3 years (Preferred)
  •  IT/Help Desk highly preferred

Experience

  • Excel: 3 years (Required)
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Experience with eBay/Amazon highly preferred
  • Photo editing proficiency preferred
  • Dreamweaver or other HTML editors required
  • Knowledge of Consumer Electronics, Pro Audio and Musical Instruments highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, internet, and web-based applications
  • Great research, organizational and learning skills
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and a team player
  • Ability to identify and understand issues and opportunities; comparing data to draw conclusions
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and set priorities
  • Accurate typing and/or data entry skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and fluently

General Qualifications

Ability to analyze customer situations, make decisions and solve problems under pressure. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and detail. Basic numeric skills. Ability to maintain positive working relationships with management, co-workers, clients and vendors. Ability to communicate effectively face-to-face, in groups, and via telephone and written communication. Opens in New WindowAbility to travel. Ability to sit for long periods of time entering computer data, researching leads, and telephone communication (up to eight (8) hours). Ability to be detail oriented, work without supervision and must be available during working hours.
