Mariner Wealth Advisors became involved with SKC Communications when they began plans to move their executive team and other departments to a new building to accommodate their continued growth. Mariner was to occupy multiple floors of the building that would house their headquarters.


SKC was selected in the early stages of the overall building design process to design, install and support the audio-visual system. The early engagement allowed our team to coordinate with the AV vision amongst the other contractors, which resulted in fewer contractor design/change orders that typically take place in the later stages of a construction project.


Mariner’s goal was to have innovative technology within the flexible workspace. With modular wall configuration to adapt for growth, SKC implemented various digital signage locations, sound masking, room schedulers, collaboration rooms, executive offices, a training room and a large boardroom across two floors. Select high profile rooms are active with SKC’s 24/7 proactive monitoring support.
