Polycom provides same-day shipping and Cisco provides next-business day shipping for hardware advance replacement

SKC has a fully operational Video Technical Support group to handle all support questions. SKC is a certified service provider for both Polycom and Cisco and can offer PARTNER BRANDED services that allow you to call into SKC for all support needs.

Continuous coverage is required for all contracts and a lapse in service could result in a recertification fee.

SKC Service Contract Representatives can create a comprehensive, co-terminous renewal schedule for all of your existing video equipment that will coincide with your fiscal year to allow for easy tracking and budgeting.

Voice Maintenance
